  2. Caster/floor locks- extra heavy duty- (for portability)
  3. Strip drying collar – (requires compressed air)
  4. Strip drying tunnel- (blower system, includes option #5)
  5. Overhead final delivery system –(allows easy packaging of strip, elevates strip to approximately 7ft over center of container)
  6. Shielded copper tubing heat exchanger –(for use with chiller systems)
  7. Quick disconnect system for option #6 – (double shut off-2 each M & F)
  8. Evaporative over drum cooling fan system – (1-6 Fans, depending on series)
  9. Thermostatically controller cooling water valve system –(electrically operated)
  10. Stainless steel drum assembly –(special magnetic stainless)
  11. Skimmer/strainer/filter system – (replaceable cartridge type)
  12. Magnetic threading clips – (2 supplied with each cooler order- 4 with D models)

DABscoconditionally warrants against factory defects for a period of 12 months limited to replacement or repair of defective parts(s).

Actual production rate is controlled by various factors such as thickness, width, speed, temperature, formula and specific gravity of incoming product, as well as water temperature, humidity, ambient temperature, desired finished product temperature, water level, optional equipment, etc.
